We look at employers from a risk management perspective and therefore, define large group uniquely. Our definition is based on Federal and State mandates placed on employers which impact an employer's exposure- both insurable and non-insurable.

Our aim is to function as an arm of the organization we represent. A sound benefit plan requires strategy and foresight- a partnership between us and our clients. Our philosophy and business model make for inherently long-term client relationships. Rather than procurers of insurance, our clients consider us trusted business advisors. Employers should not be satisfied with help only during enrollment meetings, claims assistance and a yearly plan review. The nature of today's benefits landscape requires a company to look three to five years ahead when planning and budgeting for their benefit package. Benchmarking, market analysis, industry comparison are only parts of a strategy to recruit and retain top talent, and ultimately meet strategic goals.
