
With statistics and trends like these in mind, and as part of a continuous drive to improve and expand the services we provide to our clients, we developed an additional division to our organization. This division focuses on risk management- shifting, reducing and eliminating potential exposures, fines and litigation. We are members of an exclusive national organization which monitors trends, legislation and court precedent on issues relating to employment practices and insurance. Through various mechanisms we educate clients on topics related to risk, perform compliance audits, facilitate training, teach documentation procedures and disseminate updates on the following four categories:
