It is imperative managers, supervisors, foreman and the like are trained appropriately in people management. Many Federal and State laws have provisions in which managers are exposed to personal liability for violations. Through group training sessions held in our office, we provide HR professionals and supervisors a hands-on experience of applicable knowledge of selected topics. We also host educational sessions which are designed to help plan administrators learn, comply with and ease the burden of their responsibilities as they pertain to benefits and human capital. Topics include employee handbook, sexual harassment, USERRA, I-9's, Section 125, Interview Questions Performance Appraisals Job Descriptions and various benefits administration issues.
